Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at F.D. Food Service LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, implementing new administrative procedures, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Organized and time management skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
