About the Role

Maverick HP Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
