* Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
* Recruit and select new staff members to join our team
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
* Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
* Oversee payroll administration
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Co-ordinate and plan for office services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
