Responsibilities:

  • Support the Medical Education team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of educational programs and coordination of contracts, evaluations, and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of information and communication materials, as well as the coordination of meeting schedules, to enhance educational strategies.
  • Support change management initiatives for Medical Education optimization, ensuring that all changes comply with policies and internal requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and implement medical education strategies, championing improvements in processes and systems to create increased efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify and enable operational efficiency between the Medical Education team and other cross-functional teams, assisting with the coordination of team meetings, including divisional leadership meetings.

Special Working Conditions:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is essential, as some projects within the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree in Science or Business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interface with external, internal, and GSK stakeholders.
  • Innovative, solution-based thinker with the ability to simplify processes.
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to shift priorities at short notice and work to demanding deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, deal with ambiguity, take initiative, lead projects, and prioritize.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, well-developed communication skills including listening, summarizing, probing, and clarifying.
  • Strong computer skills to work with various databases and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Health Sciences or Business.
