Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of humanitarian assistance projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Contribute to proposal and project development, working closely with the Program Team and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional donors, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Program Team to develop and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, with a strong focus on results and impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
