Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

HUB Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our technology projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project phases, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop project scope statements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of direct project management experience, encompassing all facets of process development and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, and software suites, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
