Senior VOC Platform Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior VOC Platform Specialist to lead the development, configuration, and implementation of our CX programs within the Medallia platform. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience with Voice of the Customer platforms, project management, enterprise software, and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of development, configuration, and implementation of CX programs within Medallia, including assessing project timelines and technical feasibility.
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and survey distribution systems, as well as configure data stream import and export.
- Program advanced features like Text Analytics and Statistical Analytics, and integrate with third-party software and APIs.
- Lead maintenance of CX programs, including Certificate/Metadata File updates, FTP connection updates, and server updates.
- Participate in client meetings to determine feasibility of client needs and support RFPs.
- Structure training programs in Medallia for clients and provide technical support, training, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience with Voice of the Customer platforms, project management, enterprise software, and client-facing roles.
- Medallia Product Certification - CX/CEM Certified.
- Strong technical skills and experience with SaaS software solutions.
