Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Club Med. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide information and recommendations to guests on our services and facilities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of what we offer.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent French and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
