We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Director to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our PA&A distribution and logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive distribution strategy across Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the distribution strategy for BRP's parts, accessories, and apparel division.
  • Work closely with the global director of PA&A distribution and logistics to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in distribution and logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
