Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily sales operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Evaluate daily sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer demand.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and manage sales budgets to ensure maximum profitability.
    • Monitor sales revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
