The Role

This leadership position oversees administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2, serving both residential units. Responsibilities include managing staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, and conducting site inspections.

Key Accountabilities

Oversee housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinating with contractors and ensuring quality standards.Handle tenant relations, rent collection, and tenancy violations.Participate in fire and life safety procedures, support budget preparation, monitor expenses and revenue, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, leasing and marketing experience, proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi, and strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
