Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and innovative Ramen dishes that showcase our brand's unique flavor profile.
  • Chef Management: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
