About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Above All Roofing & Exteriors Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring and promotions, to ensure the team is well-staffed and equipped to meet project demands.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
