About Our Client

Our client, a reputable local pension office, is seeking an experienced Pension and Benefits Administrative Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm with regular breaks throughout the day.

Job Description

Pension and Benefits Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-person, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting members with pension and benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Verifying and updating member information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation
