Are you passionate about the financial services industry and eager to build relationships with investment professionals? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make daily outbound calls to generate leads and build relationships with investment professionals, targeting a defined segment of approximately 100 individuals per day.
  • Update daily call activities and maintain accurate records in our proprietary database.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various industries and financial products, including equities, mutual funds, ETFs, IPOs, and structured products.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop innovative outreach strategies for our clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by senior team members.
Desired Experience:
  • A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field, such as commerce, finance, or business administration, is required.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
  • Previous business development or sales experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.
