About the Role

As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of 5-6 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Analytics, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement quarterly plans, ensuring alignment with product goals, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Collaborate, coach, and learn with a growing team of experienced Data Scientists.
  • Stay connected with external sources of ideas through conferences and community engagements.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet objectives utilizing cutting-edge techniques and tools.
Requirements
  • ~8+ years of Data Science experience, and 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on pricing, promotions, or optimization.
  • ~ Graduate Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • ~ Strong data analysis skills, with experience in pricing strategies and optimization.
