We are building a team to support our client, a tier 1 consulting firm, in meeting the future needs of their ServiceNow platform.

DURATION: Long-term contract or permanent hire

LOCATION: Canada

This role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance aligns with internal best practices. The main focus of delivery will center around evolving the ServiceNow platform to meet changing business requirements.

  1. Collaborate with global ServiceNow professionals to provide input on setting standards and path forward for collective delivery.
  2. Manage the QAP release strategy.
  3. Manage the quality of the backlog and be accountable for it.
  4. Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.
  5. Understand system limitations and collaborate with architects to produce alternate solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise-grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience in professional services environments or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset.
  • CISA certification is desirable but not necessary.
  • Certified Scrum Master is an asset.
