ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager

Paralucent Inc is a boutique technology project delivery and staffing company with a proven track record of success. Our team is passionate about execution, delivery, and client satisfaction.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager to join our team and help our client, a tier 1 consulting firm, meet their future needs of their ServiceNow platform.

This role will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance stays aligned to internal best practices. The main focus of delivery will center around evolving the ServiceNow platform to meet changing business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in professional services environment or similar, demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS certification.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution, manage the QAP release strategy, and ensure the quality of the backlog.
