Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SPG Logistics Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
- Maintain work records and logs
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Keep track of shipments
- Maintain vehicle operator work records
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
- Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
- Will train
