Job Summary

Brandt is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Outside Parts & Service Advisor for our Agriculture Division. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Keep customers informed about new products and services, and provide expert advice on equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Sales and Service
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to increase parts and service sales within the territory.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Territory Management
    • Develop and implement a territory plan to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly review and adjust the territory plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with management and other teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Skills
    • Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry trends.
    • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage time effectively.
    • Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate complex technical information.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
