About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Hoang Thanh T. As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepared and finished to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, and repair cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques.
  • Wall Covering: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan the work schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols, and wearing personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Personal Qualities: A client-focused approach, flexibility, and reliability.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is varied, with opportunities to work on a range of projects and with different clients.
