Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Clerk at our Campbell River location. As a General Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a well-stocked and presented department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by going the extra mile to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and inventory.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous retail customer service experience is an asset.
