About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor Store Operations: Monitor store operations, including inventory levels, sales trends, and customer traffic.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional activities, such as sales events and product demonstrations, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
