Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and projects
  • Prepare and submit reports on production and other relevant data
  • Recruit, hire, and train workers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including setting up equipment and requisitioning materials
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to noise and dust. The work setting will be varied, with projects located in commercial, residential, and other areas.
