Job Description

Lifemark Health Group is a premier healthcare management organization in Canada, dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark - Active Physio Works in St. Albert, AB.

About the Role

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits and perks. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians who share your drive and passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with College of Physiotherapist of Alberta.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
