Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Clinic Director to lead our multidisciplinary team at Active Physio Works. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clinic, overseeing internal operations, and developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
Your primary focus will be on Clinical Quality, ensuring quality improvement in patient care delivery, reviewing extension requests, and providing quality assurance reports to other clinical leaders. You will also promote continuing education opportunities and foster a growth-minded culture among staff.
In addition to Professional Development, you will be responsible for business development, financial management, and developing clinic business plans. You will promote a climate of success, monitor customer service programs, and build a strong clinical presence by identifying and mentoring potential leaders within your team.
You will work closely with clinical staff to identify areas of growth and provide coaching as needed. You will also support new staff members by encouraging a collaborative approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive clinic revenue through business development activities
- Oversee internal operations, including goal setting and process implementation
- Develop clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development
- Ensure quality improvement in patient care delivery
- Review extension requests and assist clinical staff with caseload management
- Provide quality assurance reports and feedback to other clinical leaders
- Promote continuing education opportunities
- Build a strong clinical presence by identifying and mentoring potential leaders
- Support new staff members by encouraging a collaborative approach to care
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A clinical designation as a Physiotherapist
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership or management position
- A passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development
- Strong business development, financial management, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
