Produce Department Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Department Manager, Produce at our Willingdon location in Burnaby, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, fostering a positive work environment, and engaging and retaining team members through training and development, performance management, rewards/recognition, and the identification and development of future leaders.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail or customer service experience, Food Safe Certification, and a passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service. They will also have a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.

Compensation for this position will be based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors, with a salary range of $18.50 - $21.85 per hour.
