As a Senior Financial Analyst, Channel Finance, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides financial support to customer teams and drives sustainable value for the organization. Your role will involve providing financial analysis and guidance on SKU level, promotional and customer profitability, as well as working with customer teams to monitor performance versus budget targets.

This is a Hybrid role that requires the incumbent to be in the Mississauga head office several days a week. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of TPM, SAP, Excel, and Power BI, as well as experience in financial modeling, pricing, and P&L analysis. You will be responsible for leading the month end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing variance commentary. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, identifying variances to plan, and helping to identify risks and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on SKU level, promotional and customer profitability
  • Work with customer teams to monitor performance versus budget targets
  • Lead the month end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Identify variances to plan and help identify risks and opportunities
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Decision support and analysis
  • Controls and compliance
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, SAP, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience in financial modeling, pricing, and P&L analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
