Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing financial expertise and support to the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and developing forecasts to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Identify and analyze trends and patterns in financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
  • 5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including budgeting and forecasting tools
