Harvesting Labourer

Mingo Farming is seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our farming team, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall quality of our produce.
Key Responsibilities:- Harvesting crops, including fruits and vegetables, using manual and mechanical methods.
- Maintaining farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and other machinery.
- Ensuring the quality of our produce by inspecting crops for damage or defects.
- Working in a team environment to achieve daily and seasonal goals.
- Performing other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the farm.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp conditions, odors, and hot temperatures. You will be required to wear protective gear, including gloves, to ensure your safety.
Benefits:- Permanent work term.
