We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
  • Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial close process.
  • Prepare timely and accurate journal entries as required.
  • Review general ledger accounts activities to ensure account accuracy of financial statements.
  • Prepare and review HST returns, payroll remittances, bank reconciliations, and Personal and Corporate Income Tax returns.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting.
  • Pursuing an accounting designation (CPA).
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience.
  • Experience working with Small/Medium Public Accounting firms.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Sage Simply Accounting, Quickbooks, Taxprep, and Caseware.
