About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production General Manager to join our team at Maxima Stone Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective management of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to support business objectives and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of production operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
