This Position is Ideal for You Because:

You will serve as a vital leadership partner, working closely with the General Manager to foster a productive environment where customers enjoy an exceptional experience, employees excel, and the business flourishes. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing staff selling and service skills while managing the daily operations of a successful retail environment.

Your day will be dynamic and varied. You may focus on developing client relationships, driving business strategies, setting clear objectives, and holding team members accountable to high standards. You will also work on building a talented team dedicated to delivering an outstanding retail experience. Throughout your day, you will collaborate with a passionate team committed to excellence.

Qualifications for Success:
  1. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business or fashion-related fields)
  2. 3-5 years of management experience
  3. Demonstrated success in previous roles
