Telecommunications General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications General Manager to join our team at 9023445 CANADA LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our telecommunications department and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 1-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring efficient use of materials, human resources, and financial resources.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure high performance and productivity, and make informed decisions about promotions and career development.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure business success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
