We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill St Catherines. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including income tax returns and other tax-related documents.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
