- Strategic Planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
- Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Human Resources
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
- Create optimum working conditions for staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the effective use of resources, including budgeting and financial management.
- Ensure the company operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Permanent employment.
