Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Trade and Broadcasting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our trade and broadcasting division at Hearty Food Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support our operations.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of our strategies.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve our goals.
  • Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
