Project Coordinator, Office of Planning: Strategic Implementation Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our office of planning, you will play a critical role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve key deliverables and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a Comprehensive Project Plan: Create a detailed project plan for the firmwide rollout of roles and responsibilities, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to gain buy-in and support for the implementation plan.
- Facilitate Weekly Meetings: Lead weekly meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Measure Performance: Use OKRs to measure performance and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to cohort members and Divisional leads as they navigate the new roles and responsibilities framework.
- Implement Communication Strategy: Develop and manage a communication strategy to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
- Evaluate Success: Monitor and evaluate the success of the roles and responsibilities rollout, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments to the implementation plan.
- Prior Experience: Proven experience within the Financial Services sector and supporting project delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives while meeting tight deadlines.
- Complex Processes: Ability to understand and navigate complex processes, combined with a desire to initiate, and effect continual improvement.
- Senior Leadership Engagement: Experience engaging with senior leadership and department heads to gain support and alignment on project initiatives.
- Regulated Industry: Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services, and a detailed understanding of tools, trends, and patterns within the software architecture community.
- Change Management: Passion for and proven track record of working across organizations to build consensus and drive progress.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication across all levels and technical depths to manage senior stakeholders across divisions.
- Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in change and impact assessment, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Business Process Improvement.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
