Job Description

The Project Director - Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating and establishing standards and work methods for the project office, aligning with the company's strategic directions. This individual will be responsible for setting up the financial framework for projects, ensuring they meet budgets and deadlines. They will also manage customer and internal communications, working closely with management, sales, system integration engineering, R&D, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams;
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans;
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automation, robotics, or manufacturing engineering - or related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in project management for industrial automation-focused projects;
  • Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of project management methodologies and financial management;
  • Proven track record of team leadership and a willingness to coach & train others;
  • Exceptional client communication skills and a customer-first mentality;
