Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze fire protection systems, including suppression, detection, and other related systems
  • Assess the fire and life safety performance of new and existing building fire protection systems
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation
  • Draft fire protection systems and details using AutoCAD or Bluebeam Revu
  • Participate in design reviews, shop drawings reviews, and construction site visits
  • Conduct site audits of fire protection systems performance and Code conformance
  • Review contract documents and advise on Code compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (fire safety/protection preferred) or alternative Diploma in fire protection engineering technology
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred
  • Experience in fire protection system design, fire alarm system design, or related systems design

This is a regular full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. If you are a self-motivated and problem-solving individual with a passion for fire protection engineering, we encourage you to apply.
