  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all food products are prepared and delivered to our customers on time.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all customers feel valued and respected.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
    • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
