Job Title: Chief Estimator

EBC is a leading player in the infrastructure industry, delivering complex projects that shape the built environment. As a Chief Estimator, you will play a critical role in driving our success by providing accurate and timely estimates for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Lead a team of estimators to ensure high-quality estimates and efficient project delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify project risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new project opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure EBC remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in estimating major infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and estimation software
