About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in customer homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain heating and cooling systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and provide customers with proper care and maintenance instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Gas B ticket and Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role.
