About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment and ensuring the safe operation of all new installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
  • Learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service-oriented team.
  • Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers and offering company products and services.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules and maintain company vehicle to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
  • Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll in company performance targets.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC doing installation work.
  • Must have a Gas B ticket and demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Must have a Class 5 Driver's License and be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
