About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in customer homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Gas B ticket and Class 5 driver's license required.
  • Strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
