At Canada Inc Corp, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a solid understanding of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a requirement for a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Strong background in construction and solid understanding of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word
