Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

The Fountainhead tattoo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team. As a Tattoo Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and inventory, ensuring that our studio remains financially stable and well-stocked.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring that our team is highly skilled and motivated.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
