Job Title: Gaming Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Manager to join our team at Delta Bingo & Gaming. As a Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gaming centre, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and ensure compliance with AGCO/OLG/Delta guidelines
  • Balance cash sales and process card returns
  • Calculate payouts and address customers and staff courteously
  • Open and close the centre, and perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service-based position
  • Knowledge of cash handling and balancing of daily cash intake
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service and resolution skills
  • Good communication skills to deal effectively with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Basics computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and French (Hawkesbury requirement)
