About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bingo Host to join our team at Delta Bingo & Gaming. As a Bingo Host, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Bingo sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host Bingo sessions in a personable, professional, and entertaining manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of Bingo results and payouts.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for players.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Session Manager to ensure the success of Bingo sessions.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and French.
