About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Drupal Developer to join our team at Ebsco Subscription Services España SL. As a key member of our Stacks for Libraries team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Drupal sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Analyze customer requirements to research, plan, and design elegant solutions for our clients.
  2. Code Quality: Write high-quality, well-structured code that adheres to Drupal coding standards.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to review, test, and deliver features and improvements on time.
  4. Architecture and Integration: Collaborate with the team to architect new features and DevOps integrations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience developing with Drupal.
  2. Knowledge of GIT version control and GIT workflows.
  3. Experience with building large-scale Drupal sites.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Drupal 8 with creating custom modules.
  5. Knowledge of CLI tools, such as composer, drush, and drupal console.
  6. Experience with integrating with third-party APIs into Drupal.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  1. Has a post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Has experience working with Atlassian products, such as JIRA and Bitbucket.
  3. Is knowledgeable about other technologies and can suggest integration solutions.
  4. Has a strong understanding of PCI compliance.
  5. Has an eye for design and UX consistency across platforms.
  6. Has extreme attention to detail and consistency to minimize errors.
Target Annual Compensation

The target annual compensation range for this role is $79,160 - $113,085 CAD. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
